Conversational Analytics - The way to go

You are here

In our day to day life, the importance of voice-enabled devices like Alexa and Google Home have increased substantially. In this new conversational age, our voices are playing a greater role in how we access information and complete everyday tasks. Conversational analytics is expected to play a similar role in our business operations as well. Rapid advancements in AI technologies such as natural language programming has made voice recognition and speech-to-text analysis possible. This helps organizations in gaining business insights in a much simpler way. Not only that, with conversational analytics coming to the mainstream, anybody, regardless of their background and skills, can gain access to organizational insights, leading to democratization of data, and ultimately better decision making.
